Should I request the assessment be recorded on my PIP form or do I do this when I receive an assessment date?
Also should I highlight specific points in the evidence I send that meet the descriptors, with a pen I mean. E.g., if I send a copy of a report should I highlight with a pen relevant points?
Please indicate on the form that you want it recorded. When the date comes in, please contact whichever assessment service that you want it recorded. Then on the day of the assessment remind the assessor that you want it recorded.
