Hello,
I received the decision makers decision, and. they said I am “fit for work.” I have a really bad sciatica nerve pain, and that’s not the only health ailment I have. As a self-empIoyed person, the type of work I do is strenuous, so with this particular health issue, it could damage it even more.

My WCA report came quickly, when I read it I could not believe the lies the person wrote. When I had the assessment, I wrote down my answers, so that when I received the report, I could check to see what they said about me was correct.

I spoke the truth, but what the person said in the assessment, was the opposite to what I said. I spoke to a case manager who sounded supportive, and said they will do a mandatory reconsideration for me. They mentioned another health issue I have, and they said put it down as a new health issue, and asked me to upload it. I haven’t yet. The health issue they mentioned is actually on the report, so it’s not new.

I’ve just read somewhere on line, it should not be something new, as the M.R will be refused.
Should I ask to see what they have wrote for the M.R.? because if they have written it as a new health issue, then it will be refused,
Do you have some advice please on this please,?

It's not a new health condition. As I mentioned she said she will put it through, and told me to upload evidence. Because I don't know what she has written, that is making me not feel good, because it's important for me to visually see what has been written. so I will go on to my journal and explain what I am going to do. do you mean written evidence, from GP? I will get that, but I am also writing myself.

Another question. If o get a letter from my GP, about the health issues, I read somewhere on line, that they have to put the date before the assessment date, or on the assessment date. is this correct ?
