I'm autistic, and this first question has completely stressed me out, so please be kind, I feel like an idiot, but I don't understand how to fill in this question, I have multiple health issues, but am I only supposed to put in one at a time, and then how do I add the rest, and when it asks about medication, do I need to put that I can't take certain medication for health issue 1 because of a different health issue and go into details of other health issues that I haven't even been able to mention yet? If I answer the questions about health issue 1, will I then be given an option to add another condition? I am so sorry but this is just the start and it's so much more stressful than it should be.

You are not an idiot. You don't know what you don't know, and PIP forms are puzzling to everyone, so please don't put yourself down.
I'm afraid I have never filled in an online application - so I don't know what it looks like, so I have to assume that it is similar to the paper-based form and you will put in one health condition and then another line will pop up when you have done that.
In terms of the medication, put down what you do take. With regards to what you can't take - you will have a chance at the end of the form to add any information you haven't told them earlier. It is at that place that I would put in that there are certain medications you can't take.
I'm sorry I can't give you any more information about the online application - hopefully, one of our members will tell you about their experience and give you some tips.
