Esa credits was created by Jh5784
My daughter is 17 and un fulltime education, she has an ehcp and will be continuing education past 19years
We've been advised to apply for ESA credits for her now.
We have a GP appt booked to get a fit note, hopefully.
I'm really nervous about it, she is a high functioning autistic but very anxious and lacks independence and social skills.
Has anyone applied on these grounds?

Hi Jh5784

Yes it is an established practice to make an application for ESA Credits Only. The reason for doing this is to get a WCA and hopefully an award of LCW or LCWRA which will be in force when UC is claimed in the future and will be carried forward to UC.
