Hi. I was on low care and high mobility for three years. My review was October and I got letter today I did my assessment over the phone. When I got assessors report I complained. My mum was in hospice at the time and my head was all over. Anyway the deciding officer agreed with the assessor. I got low care. Lost mobility My mobility has got worse. I have arthritis in my knee and carpel tunnel nerve pains and tarsal tunnel. They said I am no anxiolytic meds and I am on three They said they wrote to my dr but dr said he lost form so I called pip to send another they said they were making a decision without it. Any ideas on mandatory ?
Always best to put in for an MR if you're unhappy with the award. It can sometimes go agains't you, but very rarely I find in my own perosnal opinion. Mention all the inaccurate information, and how everything affects you on a daily basis.
