hi i received my mandatory reconsideration letter from my PIP review and as i expected, the award has stayed the same, they gave a few paragraphs for reasons why the award stayed the same in the mandatory reconsideration but im wondering can i ask the DWP for a longer statement of why they reached that decision to give me something to work on in a tribunal?
I think the report is down to what the assessor has typed, so I think you'll already have everything they've written on it. If you're not happy though, try your best to use the guides on the website, compare to what your report says, and see if you can add anything to help with a tribunal.
