Hi faams
The short answer is no.
A longer answer is, you may be entitled to claim LCWRA depending on your circumstances, but you cannot get LCWRA if you already claim the care element.

Are you claiming Carer Allowance ?
If so be aware of
However, the PIP Unit may review your PIP award if you claim Carer's Allowance.

Hi faams
No you do not need to tell UC if you are on PIP, they are different benefits and have different descriptors although one or two do cross over.
