Our rent is currently paid direct to the council by UC. The rent will crease on the 7th April. I have informed UC of rent changes to early before. Do I upload the change of rent on the 7th and not before? Thanks Mike
It is too early to do anything now. You have to wait until the Confirm Your Housing Costs To Do has been loaded onto your UC account in early April. Then you just need to follow the instructions. I take it that your paying rent to the Council means you are the Social Housing tenant.
