I am utterly amazed! I only had my telephone WCA on Monday 3 March and today Friday 7 March it is in my journal that I have been awarded LCWRA!
I had a text message this morning stating I had a new message and to log into my journal. I received an email at the same time stating I had to go to my journal and 'accept my commitments before we can make any payments to you'.
The email message caused me anxiety because to me it sounded as if they might have found me capable for work as I thought commitments are only required when first starting the UC process or if found fit for work. I'm mystified as to why I've been asked to 'confirm my commitments'.
Anyway, I thought it would be good to share some positive news - I was convinced the best I would get would be LCW and that I'd have to go down the MR route.
I will post my WCA experience as soon as I have enough time in case it helps anyone.
Thank you to all at B & W - I will always recommend you to anyone who needs help and support when claiming benefits. I'm sure you guys will be needed for a long time to come.
Thanks for your feedback. You were moved to the No Work Related Requirements conditionality group so that is why they asked you to accept a new claimant commitment. But it is the basic one where you just agree to notify UC of any changes of circumstances.
