Does that advice apply to both legacy and new style esa? How so not to worrying please? What it looked like to me is that esa and jsa are to come together and be one new benefit. This will be at esa rate, but time limited and no ongoing if in support group as is case now. WCA will be scrapped, so no support group anyway. Current ppl on esa will move to new benefit when next assessment. I thought it has snuck in only means tested benefits for sickness in future. Am I getting it wrong, it is too confusing Thanks
There is no point in worrying now about something that may happen in a couple of years especially when the proposals are just in a Green Paper and may be amended in Parliamentary Committee. Keep an eye on the News section of BenefitsandWork.
