Hi, I thought better to make a new post, dragging up my old one wasn't a good idea.

I have just had a thought - I have often had to spend a lot of time on phone at home to various services (e.g. NHS111, etc).

Making me wonder, can time on those kind of phone calls be considered towards the Managing Treatments activity?

I don't think it applies unless you try and argue that you have home treatment that has been prescribed by a professional and you require support from over the phone to undertake it.
