Hi sorry to be a nuisance and bother everyone again. I am just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if so if they know what you are supposed to do. A few weeks ago I had to submit my UC form as part of ESA to UC Managed Migration. Today I have received a P45 in the post from ESA with absolutely no letter or explanation as to what it is or what I am supposed to do with it? Is this normal? I appreciate everyone’s help in advance thank you
A P45 is usually given to someone just before the start of a new tax year, normally on a certain date in April. This form you give to a new employer, should you find that you have one in the future. It just informs them about your tax code, what you've paid etc - so that the next employer can pay you correctly.
