Just wondering how the PIP review under the new process will decide which claimants out of those who have severe lifelong conditions will no longer need a mandatory reassessment. Is this just for those who have 10 year awards and already get a light touch review or is it based on someone’s specific condition together with longer awards of 5 + years ?
