Need some assistance my neice passed away suddenly 11th March her 14 year old son receives child disability payment and carer's allowance, my sister is now looking after her Grandson she has been advised that as they do not get any henefits he is not entitled to his child disability payment and they cannot claim carer's support payment for him is this correct, Scotland.gov says any guardian can claim
