Reassessment was created by A-nobody
Some years ago I received a letter from DWP after i had a home health assessment (WCA) and it states that they will no longer ask me to attend anymore health assessments in future unless there is a significant improvement in my health . Since then I have been left alone .
Will that hold fast under the new rules? Will they leave me alone ? My health has not improved .My condition is exactly the same .
Also i get enhanced PIP (both) for the last 10 years . I got 4 points in several of the daily living sections and a total of 21 points in that section. I am die a light touch review of PIP next April.
Am very worried and confused still.
Thanks

Hi A-nobody

Liz Kendall did say that those with life long conditions would be exempt from new assessments under the proposed plans. I would keep an eye on the News section of the BenefitsandWork site.
