i have a question.

if changes will be almost immediate I understand to LCWRA.

I am in support group ESA and presumably will be migrated this year.

Will I suffer the loss? Or will i not be considered a new claimant?

Hi Winlars

No don't worry you are not going to be affected by the LCWRA cut. You will be Managed Migrated before Xmas this year and the cut is for new UC claims starting from April 2026. Also we don't know if there is going to be any transitional protection with these new Benefits changes.
