Where in the online application for UC is the part about council tax support? There's something about housing benefit, but that's not CTS. I completed the UC application and remember seeing nothing about council tax. I also ran through the mock application by citizens advice and nowt there either.

Hi Workshylayabout
You are right it was there in the application at one time. But having said that I would advise always to apply to your local Council for Council Tax Support in case there is a mix up and you get a demand for a full bill.

Luckily my council is one of the better ones for council tax support. They give 100% support to those on UC with no other income. I just don't know if their records show me as still being on ESA or now being on UC. I have emailed them several times to ask but have gotten no response. If they cannot reply, that's on them.
