Mine was received as an attachment in my UC journal - however, I wasn't aware until 5 days after because I didn't receive a message by email telling me to check my journal. I reported this incident, but it still happens now, more than 3 years on. If a work coach sends me a message, I receive an email, but if it's an attachment, I get no notification whatsoever. Not sure if it's a fault within their system, or just my luck - so may be wise you signing in on a daily basis to check.
