My PIP review text came through today and I wondered am I allowed to ask for my original PIP application as it was 12/13 years ago. Awarded for 10 years but due to severe delays ended up being backdated. I cannot remember all the information and I don’t want them tripping me up with the new review form. If yes, does anybody have an email address please? Saves me waiting ages for an answer on the phone. Apologies if this is duplicated but I cannot find my earlier submitted question. Thank you. I've answered this in your other post. Email is not their normal way of communicating and you can only use it in special circumstances, in which case they will inform you of how and the address. You need to phone and do it soon.
