Hi I have been Member for years but have never used forum or anything else.
I receive PIP standard daily and mobility. But I was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Sept 2019. I have never informed them as I cannot handle the forms etc it causes me great distress, but know I need to. Can anyone help I really not capable of attempting this I get so lost here

It sounds as if you need some specialist welfare advice. Services are under huge stress at the moment - but see if you can get a Citizen's Advice Bureau appointment in your area advicelocal.uk/
You might also contact the Alzheimer's Society, who offer all sorts of help. www.alzheimers.org.uk/
If your condition has deteriorated from your last review, if you are able to ring the DWP, you could put in for a change of circumstances and tell the person the information over the phone. But I would speak to the alzheimers society first and see if someone could assist you with this.
