Hi Is there any new information coming out about how retired people on indefinite PIP award but without 4 points in any category will be affected by cuts? All I can find is some waffle about communication. Will it take FOI request to get a straight answer? So stressed at feeling in limbo. Big thanks for any replies.

Hi Mavvy

The proposed changes to PIP regarding the need to score 4 points for PIP Daily Living have yet to be confirmed. Nothing has currently been explicitly said about claimants who are over State Pension Age and how they might be affected. Steve will report in the newsletter as things become clearer.
