Incorrect descriptor points

Hello. I recently had a pip review phone assessment and I was awarded enhanced in both the daily living and mobility components which is what I was awarded before so I was pleased about this. But on reviewing what I got points for I noticed they said I was able to prepare and cook a simple meal which is not the case, due to my arthritis and wasn’t the case before. Now although I have been awarded enhanced on both I was wondering if I should notify them to explain that I can’t do this. Now obviously I don’t need more points as I am on the enhanced rate already but wondered if this would matter as I feel the information is incorrect. Or should I just reiterate this in 3 years when my next review will happen. Thanks for any advice received.

Thank you I thought this might be the case so I will leave it be. I went from having 3 x 4 point descriptors to 1 and I think that worried me.

From my own experience, they may or may not reinstate the points from your last assessment but even if there is a very clear error, e.g. the assessor ticked the descriptor for 'able to ..' but then wrote that 'needs help to ...' DWP won't necessarily correct it and if they don't you can't appeal as your award can't be increased.
