Hi I don't know what I'm doing wrong [not computer savvy] but I will try again to ask for advise here. Just done my UC migration online did all the ID stuff but now they want me to go to job center for standed ID check, This is very difficult for me because of my mobility difficulties and cptsd, any advise as to what I can do about my job center appointment.

Hi dawnlouise

Tell them in your journal that you are unable to attend because of mobility issues, and ask them to do the id check over the phone (or arrange a home visit)
