Has anyone used Fightback4Justice to help with migration from ESA to UC? They have a service which costs £180 (for a joint claim) and apparently they do the entire migration process for you, completing the application online with you over the phone. Just wondering if this would be any better than using the Citizen’s Advice helpline, which I’m told does the same thing (but free).
Yes Help to Claim is free. Also you can use Community Money Advice which is another free service and there are other not for profit organisations locally.

Hi Personally I do not recommend Fightback or any other organisation who charge for their services. I used Fightback in the past much to my stupidity and I got turned down for pip on the basis of what they wrote on my form.
I did a MR filling out the form myself and I was awarded pip.
