ESA TO UC so confused

I am mid transfer from ESA to UC. I had a letter today which reads.. the DWP have advised us that you submitted a new claim for UC on June 23rd.
As UC includes a housing payment you are no longer entitled to HB.
To support you in meeting your rental costs while waiting for your first UC payment, you have been as awarded a transition to UC payment of £202 for the period of June 23 - 6 July. This payment will be paid directly to your account. Your claim for housing benefit will end July 6th.

Where does this leave me in the meantime? Will UC back date rental help to July 7th?
It says on my UC portal thing that I will find out my UC entitlement on July 25th.
Can anyone please offer me any understanding of this. My claim is due to mental health and I’m puzzled.
