Morning. Just starting the UC changeover š¤Æ.
Do they actually read the ājournalā entries?? I have been marked as ādid not attendā to an interview I told them I couldnāt attend š¤¦š»āāļø. It it just their procedure or are they just inept?

They are supposed to respond within 72 hours but, clearly that is a deadline that is constantly missed. Do they read? Yes, and no. I think you just received a standard reply.

Thanks. They responded a few days later and apologised..
However..
Then today when I went in for my ID check, they made another appt next wk for a Financial Check which I had asked to be added to this appt š¤¦š»āāļø.
Only capable of doing one thing at once.
Now just received a query about ESA which I am moving from.. š¤Æ

It doesnāt bode well..
ineptitude continues. But expected I suppose.
Back on the nicotine..
However..
