UC Managed Migration?

UC migration has nothing to do with PIP or DLA. If you receive ESA and you are in the support group, when you migrate over to UC, you should be placed in the LCWRA group without having to supply a fit note.

Claimants in receipt of WCA can be asked to review their claim at any time, WCA it is an indefinite benefit until they are next assessed.

Your mother can contact ESA and ask, if your mother still has a copy of her ESA increase letter which are sent out at the beginning of the year, it will give a breakdown of how ESA is made up.

The UC guides are useful for claimants applying for the work capability assessment (LCWRA).

If you click on the UC tab and then UC claims it states "Complete your UC50 capability for work form effectively"
