claimed closed stating reason, savings and investment. i have savings of less than £6000. i own a property jointly with my brother 50/50 share, whilst it is my home i am being cared for by my brother and his partner, due to deteriorating mental heath and debilitating health issues, currently awaiting hospital appointments. Whilst i'm not living there , the property is deemed an investment by universal credit.Asking for a mandatory reconsideration. I welcome any advice regards claim.
