I've received the Migration notice letter, where DWP instructs me to make a claim for UC - "Managed migration" - because I'm in receipt of legacy benefits (as I listed in the query sent earlier this morning )
I didn't start the claiming process yet, at all.
Concurrently, I am about to move to a new address. This will happen before the deadline for the submission of my claim for UC, I don't know the exact date though.
As I understand, not being under UC yet, this is a "change in circumstances" that would trigger the "Natural migration" to UC. i would like to avoid any possible overlap and its negative consequences on the claim.
Would it be possible, accepted by the DWP, to notify the change of address just, and only, when filling in the online form to claim UC, providing all the verification documents required with the new address?
