I’m receiving PIP and got a letter telling me to fill out a migration form on line to UC as it’s taking the place of income support & housing benefit
I would be grateful if anyone Knows the questions are on this form

On the form under the heading Health do you know how much this expands as my health problems would fill 4 A4 sheets.

I assume you were getting Income Support as a carer. Is that correct? Have you ever had a DWP medical for Incapacity Benefit or ESA ?

what I receive is
IIDB
ESA extra money as I'm in the support group
PIP Extra money because I am severely disabled Extra money disability income guarantee
Daily living amount and new mobility amount
Reference the income support is not mentioned on my new documents dated 11/5/25
I do have a friend who comes and visits me 3 times a week but I do not pay friend any money some times I give my freind petrol money
