Hi everyone I am currently on Esa & PIP. I have migration notice. My question is can I use my provisional driving licence as proof of identity? Can I also use my debit card as second proof?
I believe that a provisional driving licence IS accepted as a form of photo ID. A friend used hers when claiming. I've also googled it and all the info points to it being accepted. You will need something with your address on too, a council tax bill was asked for in my case. And the card for the bank account your money will be paid into.
