Hi, My son has been awarded LCWRA payment on his UC. He has finished his relevant period and is due to receive his first payment on 22.09.25. When should he receive his Backpay? The first of his consecutive fit notes was submitted on 2May and his payment period runs to the 15th of each month so 2nd to 15th May is discounted. Does anyone know please?
Your son should receive the LCWRA in his next assessment period following the assessment phase.
