I just had a very strange experience on the call from UC on the scheduled call for ID. I was asked a few questions then told I still have to go in to show them my ID.
I don't get why they're calling if they then say you still have to come in to prove ID.
I don't understand it when they've been given bank details and other ways to ID us. It just seemed very odd. The man I just spoke with said the system used to let them override this but it's been changed.
He'd taken all my security questions so I don't get it.
