Message on Journal regarding Work Coach / appointment

Hi

I have recently transitioned from ESA Support Group/SDP etc to UC and even though I was awarded LWCRA there was a lot of mix up over transitional protection and a nightmare trying to get responses to my journal.

Today I receive a message in my journal stating:-

"To enable DWP to continue to offer the best personalised service to all customers, Bootle Jobcentre will fully reopen for all customers on Monday 29 September 2025 from 2pm

From Monday 29 September 2025. your claim will be managed from Bootle Jobcentre Plus.

Your work coach will notify you when you need to attend an appointment on this site. If you are asked to attend it is important that you do so.

Your payments will not be affected by this change, and you can still use your online account.

Why will a work coach need to contact me if I am in the LCWRA group?

Is this just a standard journal message?
