I'm sorry to read this about your benefits. It's so tough to lose any money coming in, when everything you need to pay for (food / utilities / rent and CT etc) is so expensive.
Does this mean that everyone in a similar position, will lose transitional protection if, for example, they give notice of the annual rent increase?
What other "changes" might remove claimant's transitional protections?

Is New Style ESA being phased out?
In 2028/29, the government plans to merge ESA with Job Seekers Allowance into one benefit. This will be called Unemployment Insurance.
