PIP Tribunal was created by Mary
I am waiting on my PIP tribunal. I submitted it in March 2025. I submitted my evidence and it has been sent to DWP. I have not heard anymore and that was 28 weeks ago now. Do you think I should call to see any progress or isn’t it worth it? I know there is a back log thank you

Hi Mary, Hope you dont mind me jumping on your thread, but did you go through a manatory consideration first? As that is where I am at minute and cant get my head around it. Thanks Paula

Hi Mary
Tribunals can take over a year to be listed, I did a Tribunal last Tuesday, we applied over 14 months ago, the case was listed in August for the hearing to be heard in September.
