Any advice on what time scale I'm looking at for south west region wsm & or what I can do to prepare for my tribunal. Is it worth keeping ringing . Apparently was listed may 2025
Still haven't heard anything

Full med rec supplied and all evidence reports , clinic letters etc
4 years long COVID syndrome CFS fibromyalgia

Refused Nov 2024
MR refused Jan 2025
Tribunal applied Feb 2025

Please any advice or time scale advice appreciated Tia this is making me so poorly and very much on constant edge

If it has been listed then you should have a hearing date.

Most appeals are taking up to a year to be listed.

I find it makes no difference to the wait time to keep ringing HMCTS, once you know that HMCTS has received your appeal, you just need to wait.

I was told it was listed in may 25 on the 19 the august 2025.
Still don't have a hearing date or anything further communication wise .
It's all very strange but thanks for your input

If you have been informed your case has been listed, ask HMCTS, they don't usually list a case without a date.
