Hello please could someone advise .if payed £8,500 according to tax letters every year .last one April 2025
As ESA 50 PAYE whilst getting income related ESA . This Does this count as contributionry ESA.. if ESA 50 was paying not an employer. .

Hi Gina27

The ESA50 is a form that is a health questionnaire.
You should get a P60 every year from the DWP and it will have a figure in the box Taxable Pay and Benefits. If the amount of your ESA is in that box then you have been in receipt of Contributions or New Style ESA.
