I tried this but they told me I couldn't see it until the case manager had made a decision is 4-8 weeks time. Should I push?

Yes, ring again, and hopefully you will get someone who knows what they are talking about. This does occasionally happen - that you get someone who says it's not possible. You are entitled to be sent a copy 48 hours after an assessment has taken place. That will give you an idea of what the decision may be. Just ask for the OA4. If you get turned down again - don't argue just hang up and try again.
