BFA85A Form was created by phil100
Hi all, I have been sent a form above that is headed Incapacity and Severe Disablement Allowance. It's 3 pages long.
I have not seen one of those form before.
It starts off with the preamble of..... It has been some time since you told us about you, your family and the money you have coming in. We need to know if there have been any changes since you last told us about these things.
This makes no sense as I filled in a new IB50 only a few months ago and was awarded DLA only 2 months ago.
Can anyone help?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Form BF85A is purely a review form usually issued annually, to ensure that all your benefit payments are correct?
It is not connected to your DLA award, or any aspect of the PCA for IB purposes. Unless there is something untoward revealed from the information supplied on the BF85A, there is normally no follow-up action until the next review.
