At the movement i am getting incapacity benefit around the time of June each year i get my review which for the last couple of years has been the IB50 form could any one tell me if there is a cut off period for sending them out as i fear if i get the new ESA form it will be much harsher to pass if not impossible.
At the movement i am getting incapacity benefit around the time of June each year i get my review which for the last couple of years has been the IB50 form could any one tell me if there is a cut off period for sending them out as i fear if i get the new ESA form it will be much harsher to pass if not impossible.
The IB50 will be replaced by the ESA50 form from October 2010 onwards, when the migration process commences transferring current IB claimants to ESA.
