Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

We do not know how lisa234 replied on her ESA50, for example, you can't take a DLA reply and plug it in to an ESA question and expect to get the same result.
Then of course there is the WCA, which is supposed to look at your capabilities to work rather than your disabilities.
Factor in the ATOS staff, who aren't even able to follow their own rules for applying the tests, and it becomes all to easy to win one and lose the other.

You've previously said that you are appealing, so that is a good start.
You should also look to get some advice from someone with experience with the appeal process, the CAB would be a good place to start.
Next have a look in the members section for ESA, there is a document called "Employment and Support Allowance claims on physical health grounds", which explains each of the ESA50 questions in detail and how you need to respond to get points.
I assume you have already looked at the ESA Appeals document but if not this is also in that section.
Lots of people here have won appeals, so good luck and if you have problems just ask the forum, there is always someone who can help.
