Hi Cookie, Remember the advice that Jima1 and Steve Donnison give out on quite a regular basis(Lately). The Tribunals want to see and hear from you in person. Many appeals are won on the day by what you say, tell it how it is and how it affects you on a daily basis. Good Luck.

Hi Cookie
You should send the letters to Tribunals Service along with a cover letter if you feel they will support your case.
You will find advice on what evidence you can obtain and send in the ESA appeal guide in the members' area, but generally any evidence from your doctor or anyone else who has assisted you with your illness would be useful to submit.
Good luck
Derek

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Can I just amend DDs advice, to say that you should send copies rather than the letters themselves.

Hi Gordon
I don't specifically advise people to send copies of letters as opposed to original documents, as the advice becomes rather repetitive, and has already been mentioned on the forums and in the guides.
It's a bit like advising someone to stick a postage stamp on the envelope before posting evidence.

Hi all,
I have now had a letter to attend a ESA tribunal in February 2011.What evidence should I gather ? and should I send it or pass it on to my advisor ?
Thank you for your help as it relieves some of the stress.
