oh yes i have a copy. i got them to put it in an envelope, seal it and sign and date accross the seal.

it won't be opened untill i get the medical report back from the DWP

Who should you actually ask to record your medical and when?

Recording medicals is a problem. Put at its simplest, in theory you can, but Atos put so many obstacles in your way, that it's virtually impossible. However, one of our members recently succeeded, and if youi scroll down, you can find a thread explaining all about it.

In theory, there is nothing legally to prevent you having someone with you to take notes, but someone on here recently encountered problems with that. I'm afraid I cannot remembe who. Maybe someone else can.

Is there anything to stop someone secreting a small recording device such as an Olympus Pearlcorder or similar about their person? Or would that be illegal?
