On what grounds would they get DLA ESA ?

Ok here is a good one, if you where looking at a DLA or ESA claim, on what grounds do you think a blind person with no short term memory qualifiy for them benefits ?

I thought of Blind not being able to cook a meal because they could not see, also crossing the road would be unsafe. I also thought no short term memory if they managed to put a pan on, they would forget and it might burn.

But looking at the ESA test link on this site I could not work out how no short term memory would be covered in the ESA test

most blind are over 65, 65% so they wont get it... I think to get top rate they would need to be not able to read top line of eye chart the changes to DLA will help a few say you cant see someone waveing a hand in front of you near by.

dla for blind is lower of each on average if you have other health problems and need more care and help with meds than lower mob middle care is a good average.

as good as the changes are it wont cost the dwp a lot
