  			 				its a bit of all 3, I now work in a busy kitchen so picking up heavy things,and even stacking the shelves is painful anything above the elbow height is painful. its also related to my age 43 have been told that a rotar cuff tear is common in the over 40's, also when i was younger i was into most sports horse riding, netball, and mostly swimming.

  			 				I have now recieved the letter that my dr had written to my consultant asking if she could expedite my appointment for surgery, stating that its for a high grade partial tear of the left shoulder supraspinatus tendon and  unstable biceps tendon.I have now been given a date for my op which is the 10 Feb 2011

  			 				Hello well ive had my op the 10th of feb, have to use a sling for 6weeks for support. I have sent all medical letters from my doctors and also my consultant into the tribunal, I received a letter today off the tribunal board to say that I still have to attend my appeal next week 1/03 has they dont believe my doctors report!!
I have to start intense physio has my shoulder and tendons have deteriorated whilst waiting for my op!!
 and cannot return to my old job.

Are you asking for deferment of your appeal or trying to present evidence to be included in your appeal?
 
If the former, with the Tribunal calendar so full, you will find it very difficult to move a Tribunal date, the fact that you are attending physio would probably be reason for them to deny a new date.
 
If the latter, then you need to be aware that the Tribunal cannot review evidence that post dates the original Decision unless you can show that it pertained at the time of that decision.
