Not normally.

If you look at the Work Capability Assessment Scoresheet on this page:

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/esa

it shows what they will be looking for/at so you have some idea.

I certainly didn't need to undress for my WCA and i haven't heard of anyone else being asked to do so.

Thanks Pete - I had my medical a 6 months ago, have waited 3 months for a copy of my report and surprise, surprise absolutely horrified at some of the assessments (or lack of correct ones) made during the exam. I don't recall being asked to undress so just wondering if this was common or not.

Thanks Ranald - how did your medical go? Apart from being told I scored '0', when I finally got a copy or my report, I had actually been scored 12 points! now am left disputing the score amongst other things which is very difficult when not very well ;(

Well Helga, it seems i was one of the lucky ones who actually saw a decent ATOS doctor. I got 15 points first time and have been in the WRAG for about a year now.
