Still send it in as although you have received your tribunal papers the DWP can still overturn their decision. My own experience is proof of that, my GP sent a letter of support and a week before my tribunal was due to be heard the decision was overturned. I received 9 points at medical but following my GP letter was placed into the support group. Please dont delay get the letter in asap.

I had a letter from dwp on 13th december saying they would look at my case again before sending it to tribunal and if i had any supporting evidence to send it to them, made and appointment with my doctor to see him on 14th december and he agreed to send me a supporting letter which i recieved on 24th december because of christmas i was only able to send the letter off to dwp on 29th december i got home after sending my supporting letter and found a 89 page tribunal document waiting for me in this it says that the decision maker made their decision about my case on the 14th december so they gave me a whole day to see my doctor get a supporting letter and send it to them surely this can't be write and they should have given me longer any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,
It certainly seems the DWP have been quick off the mark (which is a change!) but perhaps in reality too quick.
It could be worth phoning them (followed up by letter) to advise them further information has been sent and request that that is both reviewed and also added to the tribunal 'bundle' if they cannot award IB even with the further information sent.

You need to separate what I will call evidential errors from errors relating to your condition.
For example, you say that the pack is missing a copy of your IB50, this is an error in the evidence, and is something you should draw the DWP and Tribunal Services attention to as soon as possible.
Conversely, matters relating to your claim, should be carefully considered before being submitted. You have at least four weeks, and in practice significantly more time before your evidence needs to be submitted.
Hope this helps
Gordon
