Complaint to Atos.....apology received

Like you Millymoo, I had not found this site until some time after my ESA medical. I actually (and stupidly) switched off after a short while because she didn't even want to know about my (unusual) diagnosis and kept refering to my 'back problem' all of the time. It was a farce but SO unfunny!

Have missed an oportunity, sending ATOS a letter Sue, good idea, I didn't even realise they were a separate entity to DWP then.DUH!

Well done Sue. Did this go to a specific ATOS complaints dept, can I ask? It would encourage more people to do this if the right email and postal addresses were made more available, perhaps this site (and others) should publicise these details more. Given that so many here are disabled, one could argue that for convenience some kind of templated letter might be created.

I googled them, then emailed on the contact us part of the website asking for the email address for the complaints dept and the postal address, said that the postal address was for my solicitor, they emailed me back the details straight away.
