sorry , (meds make me confused),I should have said I was already receiving high rate care & mobility. My CAB adviser requested this again but is now at tribunal stage. I have chronic back pain, Neurological Dysfunctional Syndrome. I have also continually updated DLA about my husbands deteriorating condition
